Our estate kitchen, The Canopy, serves the soul food of Kodava country — smoky pandi curry, kadambuttu, akki roti — alongside wood-fired and continental favourites, with almost everything grown, foraged or reared on the estate.
But dinner here rarely stays indoors. Our signature experiences move the table into the wild: under the jungle canopy, out onto a floating raft, into a candlelit gazebo, or beneath a grand celebratory mandap.
